1. A user account will be created of a responsible person for data entry in the department. The user will be responsible for the password and data entry.
  2. User should change his/her password after the account being assigned to him/her from Employees Cards Portal.
  3. All the submitted forms will be there in user’s account. If the data of the unregistered person was entered and was present in data user account then the department’s user will be responsible.
  4. The user would not be able to edit his/her submitted form. Therefor when user submit a form, then the form move to "Pending Forms". Any changes you can take during pending form, after submission of pending form you cannot change any data in the form, therefore take care while entering the data. If any mistake was found in submitted forms, then reaply once for renewal, otherwise you will have to make a new card for which the cost will be paid by the department.
  5. If the user resigns from the department, then the head of the department will contact us to register a new user.
  6. The institution of Employees Cards Portal shall print the cards and shall send it with the name of “Head of the Department”. Head of the department will check it before handing over to members, to know whether there is any card of an unregistered member. If anyone is found, then the user will be responsible. Then the head of department will contact us to remove his/her data from the Database System. The user account will be assigned to another responsible person. The account will be registered with a new username.
  7. The cost of card’s shipping will be on the department.
  8. The department will have to pay cards payments before cards printing.
  9. We will not responsible for your data after 13 months, after 13 months the data will be delete.
  10. Our all cards only for 1 year, after 1 year renew your cards.
